Move the installation folder to another folder inside C:\ drive. For example, C:\Games\Warhammer Online - Return of Reckoning
Then make sure this folder does not have Read-Only ticked, you can check that by right clicking on the installation folder and removing the tick next to "Read Only". Once you move the folder and remove Read Only, please restart the computer and patch the game.

I will try to translate to German if that eases things for the original poster:
