running even after I let go of the button

Is it a bug where you keep running even after you stop holding forward or is it just lag?

10% of the time (for me) it's lag. The other 90% of the time it's a bug and I re-log.

Press ctrl and your forward key. This usually ends the issue for me. I get it often while strafing.
