Authentication error login

Hello, After downloading the game and playing for a few hours fine I am now greeted with a freeze screen and an error reading

"Authentication failure, terminate application"

And that was the full error message I got after clicking copy to clipboard.

I have removed all my antivirus software aswell as adding war64.exe and war.exe and launcher to the firewall allow list.
I hope someone can please assist me here as I am dead stumped on what I can now do.

I am unable to attach the screenshot of the frozen game screen and the error box reading

This could be:
Torrent still running so locking the game file
Write protect not removed, or removed but placed in program files so windows re applied write protect

Typically this error comes from the (war.exe , war-64.exe) exe file mot being e to be run.
This normally occurs :
Virus protection false flag
Torrent still running
Write protect not removed, including placing the game files under program files

Check the status of your exe file
