Return of Reckoning

Just as the title says, I have no idea how to fix this, ive looked into it on the forums. But before I even see the server list, the game freezes, and a box pops up stating as above. Ive not played this game in years and just found out about this private server, any help ASAP would be amazing. I look forward to playing.

having same issue, game loads but character selection / creation never comes up, game crashes after about a minute stating critical error, authentication failed.

was this issue fixed, i have this problem now

can someone please help me, i spend like 30 minutes to get into the game because of this authentication problem. what is the problem........?

Random shot in the dark. Check you virus protection software.
No idea exactly how this error comes out looking like this but I have a memory that this was happening to me and found that the virus protection had taken a dislike to war64.exe

If that is the case put the war directory in exclusion from virus software

thx for helping, i tried that to now but still nothing, i dont get how it allows me in sometimes and other time i spend an hour trying

i just unistalled the entire antivirus and it worked

I have this issue aswell, made a firewall-exception for WAR and even uninstalled antivirus softwares but nothing have worked.

Same here. I added an exception to my firewall 2 days ago and it worked, but now I can't login again (not even disabling antivirus and firewall). Any clue?
