I received an email and clicked to activate but still getting account not active on login

Forced reactivation on accounts up to here. Be aware you should be using a simple a-z 0-9 password, that might be preventing some people from logging in. We also recommend gmail accounts, as several other providers tend to block our activation emails if you've never received one.

account needs to be activated . he made this account and when he went to activate it the link gave him a bad url. after that he is now getting a activation key supplied does not match any in the data base
