Can Not Log In Help Please

Earlier tonight, 2/14/2018 about 8:45 PM EST, I was in Eataine just outside the Chillwind Manor Objective and I took a moment to type in the command /reloadui. When I hit enter I was immediately ejected from the game, and can not log back in.

I can get to the log in screen and the game will progress to the character screen, but at that point will go no farther. No messages appear, no characters, nothing but the static picture. I have relogged my computer and re-entered my password, but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Probably need the name of the character you were on, feel free to PM if it's not one you'd like to share.

Wargrimnir has been working with me behind the scenes, but to no avail. He confirmed my account with all of my characters are still there, I just can't access them. If anyone else has a suggestion concerning how I may be able to correct this issue, please let me know here.

New Development:

About fifteen minutes ago, 9:50 PM EST 2/23/18, I was able to log into the game. I logged my primary character, moved around a bit, and then flew to Praag. Then I crashed out and now the launcher won't work.

Initially I solved the problem of not being able to negotiate with the server by identifying the issue as tied to my virus-ware. It was tagging a particular file as maleware. I corrected that and, as stated, was able to log in.

But now, again, I can't get the launcher to work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Can't log in right now either was fighting in T4 taking a keep server lagged up bad and can't log into it ever since

We're no longer accepting players on the server by virtue that the server has decided to turn itself off and ignore us. I think it's pouting.
