Guild Memebers can not join SCs or Login IN

Several Guild members are experiencing crashes when joining scs or even trying to log in.
I am losing member's over this issue and way to fix it? It seems to isolate there main characters, they are able to log on alts not in guild

So I get no reply typical. Yesterday the same stuff happened in front of one of your csr's crane G he had no explanation but to telling me my guild's shitty. I am losing members good players because of constant crashes and unable to play sc or dungeons. I am not dropping my ranks below 100 players. Either

Not sure if this is the same as the alliance bug but if your guild is in alliance you may want to drop it and see if that fixes the problem.

You're not a customer. This is an alpha-state development server provided entirely free to the players here.
You've posted no information that allows us to investigate your issue.
Your initial hostile attitude towards my staff members certainly doesn't inspire anyone else on staff to assist you.
GM's are not CSR's, they exist to smash people breaking rules, not to fix your issues.
We don't have CSR's anyway, use the bugtracker if your issue doesn't already exist. (It does)
Other community members that have faced the same issue may be able to help, if you listen to them.

There was a bug in the past, which caused crashes if there were too many chars in a guild. Kicking inactive ones most often solved it.
