[FR/EN] cmd cant rebuilt , error 5

I haven't play Ror since a month and when i tried to reconnect i got the following lines:

at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.GetStringTable(Boolean isHelp)
at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.get_NameTable()
at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounterLib.get_CategoryTable()

So i tried to rebuild with the cmd ( lodctr /r and lodctr /e:PerfProc)
but iv'e got the following sentence:


Reconstruction du paramètre de compteur de performance impossible à partir du magasin de stockage système ; le code d’erreur est 5

which means in english : impossible to rebuild performance counters parameter from databank (i don't think that is the correct word in english , but i tried ^^) ; the failure code is 5

I tried cc cleaner and to reinstal my client
