Server time?

What precisely is the server time?

I've been under the assumption that the server time corresponds with Altdorf time (like the actual Altdorf in Switzerland - https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ ... nd/altdorf). This also matches the server time I get, when checking ingame by doing /time.

Yet today, the weekly scenario event ended an hour early at 11 AM, according to ingame server time/Altdorf time, while the corresponding weekly RvR event lasted an hour longer, ending as advertised at noon, Altdorf time.

In other forum posts some are saying that the server time is GMT+2 - which does not change between summer time and winter time, as I understand it. If so, then the weekly scenario event ended as advertised, while the weekly RvR event lasted an hour longer than advertised.

So which is it?
