This is exactly the problem...if people would follow lesson IV by themself, they could actually solve all problems you mentioned by themself in no time.
It makes absolutely no sense, to create these pictures for well known bugs, that perhaps don't exist anymore in the near future, just for people who are to lazy to use the search function for 3 minutes...

Btw, this is no cynical generalization of the playerbase, it's a mirror of the forum. Even if someone looks only once per week at the new/updated topics he must notice, that "evey second topic" is about x-realming, cheating, pug-zerging vs premade, etc. pp.

So i don't know what you are trying to express here, as this project is obviously not led by some big company hiding in a big ivory tower and ruling over the stupids called players from afar.
