Me and my girlfriend also cannot connect .
The game client starts - ok
connecting to server - ok
synchronice data - ok
searching userdate - failed !!!

Most of the hamsters have been extinguished and are back to work. Pardon the burnt hair smell, the overhead fan will take a couple hours to dissipate things.
We will continue to monitor hamster performance, and keep the molotovs away from them.

Server going down again?
Shows as online here, but Login Server is yellow on launcher.
