I think i have everything on high.

Specs are minimum. You could possibly run the game fine on any low end hardware.

AMD 8320 - R7 270 - 16GB
What you using currently? war will run on pretty much any gpu. you might get more performance from a better cpu.
It runs fine on high on my laptop with mobile graphics.

i7- dual AMD Radeon HD7700s- 16GB- and duel 256GB Samsung Solidstates.

War runs on much much lower requirements, but running everything on high is nice

I currently have asus p6t deluxe (motherboard) r9 270x (gpu) 12gb (ram) 1tb (hdd) i7 6+6 (cpu)

And i have 90-99fps my connection is up to 90-95 down 10 up.

And a question for you who are esxpert in pc custom:what can i do do improve my fps? Change cpu to i5? (The gaming one) or add another gpu in combo? Or even adding an ssd will improve fps? ( i don't think so...) or any other suggestion is welcome :)

I believe the game is hard capped to 99FPS. Unless you actually have a monitor that is capable of displaying frame rates higher than 60, there's no point.

The PC I play on atm - GT 620, Intel Core 2 @ 2.13Ghz, 2GB ram (very basic runs game fine at up to 60fps) - GT 620 is a great card if you want to make a PC dedicated to streaming only (and link to your gaming PC), though requires an i7 and 4gb of ram to be sure of decent quality.
The gaming PC (commandeered by sister when shes not out of town) GTX 650ti, i5-2320-3.00Ghz, 4Gb ram (will run BF4 at 80+ fps although I left a bit of a bottleneck by not upgrading ram to 2x4Gb sticks)
