Need a new BBQ

The Spring has Sprung
The grass has riz....

Summer is here in Sunny So Cal and my 3-burner propane POS BBQ crapped out on my sunday during chicken and steaks.

Any suggestions for a new grill?

I was thinking of a 4-5 burner Grill with a large grill area or maybe one with a split propane/charcoal side.

I like this one, and it's within budget, but don't know enough to say if its the best deal for how I use it.

I'm usually grilling for about 10-15 people once a month during the summer. Sometimes more.

Seriously though... No idea on Propane grills. I use an old Webber, 10-15ppl could make that a bit of a process however. You can get some massive Charcoal grills relatively cheap though. If you're stuck on Propane then all I can say is GL.

Regardless though, Find the one you like and then find a store that actually carries them. Even if you don't BUY it there, seriously go at least look at it and fiddle around a bit. If you can't find any store that carries said stove, there is probably a reason for that, and I would stay away..

Eggs are also quite expensive for the big ones (what I assume you'd want for a dozen people).. have heard they are legit though. I've got a basic ~$100 propane grill myself.

1x55 gallon drum (cleaned)
cut in half - 2 grills
Some kind of mount - if you are handy with a mig welder
stain less steel Expo-met for the grills

Gas for me is a cop-out - cook with fire! from wood and charcoal!

Personally I got a Tiernan Son of Brisket for Father's day this year. I freaking love it! Built like a Mac truck. I still haven't used it as an actual grill yet, I've been smoking my butt off for weeks now.
