Bringing back ranked sc

I know that there was concern initially about farming triumphant insignias, and maybe we can find a work around for that.

Overall ranked scenarios were a great way to cultivate some of the competitive scene. Even without Triumphant Insignia rewards to start, it would give people a reason to get back into 6v6 and provide an opportunity for guilds and groups to practice against each other, including groups from the same faction.

One of the nice things about ranked was being able to queue either solo or as a full six, with gear checks to ensure at least some degree of gear equivalency. Plenty of guilds still seem interested in 6v6 scrims, including intra-guild matches, to practice for regular scenarios and improve their coordination. Allowing groups from both factions to face each other would make this even more interesting. I think just having the option to queue for ranked again would be a great start, I know it's a stretch but hopefully we can get this on the RVR dev teams' radar and bring it back!
