[idea] Advicechat rightclick option

Hello,

In the spirit of helping newplayers, promote a culture of asking "good" questions and giving helpful answers from veterans I had a thought, and hopefully this could be developed on, or used as inspiration to improve on our welcoming of new players.

The idea is basicly that a Rightclick option is added to messages in the Advice chat only. With a button uption to "thumbs up"
It doesnt automatically send a "thank you" to the user, its just a hidden vote for elevating that user as a mentor, friendly face, or becoming listed on a "advisor" list or something like that.

While helping it inself should be done for the sake of helping, maybe a 7day mentor hat version could also be added to the top upvoted advisor. (cant vote for self, cant upvote guildmembers, cant upvote same person more than once a day or something. Players who are muted, have warnings on their accounts cant vote)

Very simply put, the goal is just to improve on advice chat to make it more welcoming, and foster a better tone.
