Eagle's Flight (SM ability) duration

Please increase the buff duration from 10s (currently) to 20s. Maintenance buffs are not fun to use and it looks like you've changed all those from other classes (and SM) to be 20s duration. Eagle's Flight should match this.

Weniket, Warrior Priest
Ploof, Shaman
