Thank you for running the Server and pushing out updates! I truly enjoyed the first 15 levels on multiple classes and once I settled on one and started to push towards 40 the game went from "Fun!" to "Why would I do this to myself?" I think it's fair to say that the majority of players in MMO's play for the "End-Game" PvE or PvP. Here are a few suggestions that would narrow the focus of the game from 1-35 and give a smoother transition to "End Game."

Reduce the Map to T1 War Camps that are split into different Level Brackets; Empire vs Chaos 1-15, Greenskins vs Dwarfs 16-25, Dark Elf vs High Elf 26-35. Open a single T2 or T3 Camp for the level 36-39 playthrough so people can learn keep mechanics and hit a better RR before going into End Game.

Make each War Camp a Hub with the relevant PvP Gear Vendor, PvP Quest, Healer, Herald, Renown, Career, Add Potion Vendor for Buffs or a Buff NPC similar to the Buff NPC in DAoC.

Allow all End-Game gear to be bought for PVP Tokens and not require any PVE, so you can bring in the Solo Player and more Casual Pug Player into the End Game smoothly. Most players are looking to Pop on do some RVR tug-of-war and log off not have to form a PVE Raid Group for BiS items.

Get rid of Scenario's IMO as I only had two pop in 20 hours of gameplay and the first match was 3v4 and the next match was 5v4. Not very interesting. Maybe they're better at 40, so keep them as a End Game mechanic otherwise Toss them out.

Tighten up the player Experience from T2-T4 by reducing excess and turning the War Camps into Hubs and you'll keep the "Magic" from the initial T1 player experience.
