War Report in RvR

War Report should not be usable in RvR because it's being exploited to escape enemies in lakes.

EDIT: Or add a cast time of 5 to 10 seconds so it can't be exploited.

It's a great tool to relocate fast and respond to different situations across the lakes.
If you can't get people in combat and they can safely war report means you're not catching them anyhow.

not true. I myself often used it to escape my chasers but its a cheap trick and cheesy af. if anything it shall bring you fast into combat when you're in the middle of nowhere without a flight master.

yea make it not usable with rvr flag on.
or only usable outside of rvr lake.

I think 5s cast time on war report would prevent it from being used as an escape tool while retaining it's use for quick zone re-location.

Absolutely agreed. It is exploited a lot - especially by 6-men and soloers.
