As I said... you can mix other stuff into the rotation... but this is what they are using most of the time because it is a very fast rotation with lots of instant casts and enough bang. Sure you can add Doombolt but when it gets resisted you have lost 3s.

Lol doombolt...you really have no clue about sorc rotation.

Good try making sugestions based on character builder....you Will need more fake accounts yo agree yourself.

I have brought up a valid point and non of the replies brought up any real argument to invalidate it. All you are doing is attacking me personally.

Hand of Ruin = Withering Heat (the two are even in the same exact spot in their trees)
Swell of Gloom = Funnel Power, only FP is better.

Try again.

Edit: Withering Heat has a snare, too.

sorc/bw burst is all about timestamped dmg. kill like 1 shot. stealing heal moment.
here's another rotation of BW.
start with slow boil, not exactly rotation, it's cleans buffer.
ignite-boiling blood-fireball-nova-withering heat
middle 3 land on target at same second.
channeling is only useful for first insta tick.
add funnel power.

it's all about 1 shot burst. ignore scoreboard fluff dmg.

This was just a few minutes ago from a lvl 32 sorc on my lvl 27 AM with resis buff (in t3 SC):

The damage is nuts. Happens in t4 ofc as well.

It's around 7700 damage (after mitigation) were people are having around 6-7k in t3.

Something doesn't seem right with the resi buff or the debuff calculation.

ok thank you, Withering Heat was an oversight.

Swell of Gloom and Funnel Power is not the same though. High base damage numbers are way better to get high crits and therefore more damage.

Yeah, but check the damage types for the sorc. She is hitting her debuffed spirit resis with the full rotation. Gloombust, Impending Doom, Arctic Blast - all spirit.

Its so constructive, im telling you that have no clue about a sorc rotation. Regarding this fact its impossible that you make any proposal with a Minimum common sense about sorc Gameplay.
You have no idea yo play a sorc, probably you didnt play one never...and here you stay making proposal about a class you didnt played...
