Add a cooldown to return an item bought

After buying a set item using Emblem/Medallions, would be a nice QOL feature to have a 30 minute cooldown to return the item back to the merchant for full currency refund.

Equipping, slotting a talisman, trading or banking will not allow the refund.

Many have made a mistake of buying two of the same Sov pieces or the wrong set and rage quit or try to appeal to GM which they can’t/won’t refund.

Having a 30 minute cooldown to return the unused item should be fair if able to program it.
