[Bug] SW - Critical Damage value are varies inconcistently

Description: see the title
Consequence: to be analyzed further. Might be impacting more classes
Expected behavior: under the same buff/debuff condition, the critical value stays the same.
How to reproduce 1 (range test):
1. Have a good critical chance ratio and use any of the damaging skills and use the dummy in Altdorf.
2. Here we use broadhead arrow to expect consistent critical value for ticks.
3. In the test: base ticks value: always 230
4. In the test: critical ticks values vary with the following values: 311, 341, 341, 329, 324.
How to reproduce 2 (melee test):
1. Have a good critical chance ratio and use any of the damaging skills and use the dummy in Altdorf.
2. Use draw blood to expect consistent critical value for ticks.
3. In the test: base ticks value: always 230
4. In the test: critical ticks values vary with the following values: 311, 341, 341, 329, 324.
