City Que Priority Based on oRvR T4 Kontribution

So in order to combat the loss of server population and city loggers i propose a oRvR t4 zone contribution que priority for city. If the faction that needs people has city loggers they may get a city pop instance but not before those that participate in their factions siege or defense efforts. If you want city you must first contribute to the war efforts of your faction, this appropriately rewards active faction members with city and neglects non-contributors with city and denies them hard won royals that you get in city which was earned by oRvR in t4. It also appropriately denies reward to players who swap faction at the last second for opposing sides city because they will have no t4 war effort contribution and will be at the end of the que priority. Only in the case of much needed faction city participation will these plays receive a spot in a faction city instance.

Notes from a no pop insta que'd night when he had participated in orvr in everyzone for intense hard fought 8 hour duration.... and could clearly see the lack of a well built incentive reward system.

Why spend effort on fixing the symptom, please fix the root cause instead.

riiiight solution, let's do it so that even fewer people can get into the city, respectively, even fewer people can get pop and get into their mirror, even more people get angry that they wast time and dont get an instance. definitely this step should increase the population)

Not the games fault, that you don't have the numbers to fill an instance. When you beat the enemy faction, then your numbers already have to be higher, so some of the attackers naturally have no chance to enter city. If anything, give better feedback about population in queue to give players more information.

So totally wrong in the city instance order " won" t4 and were siege IC, It was not order who were left out with no instances but destro due to city logging destro who did not deserve city because of no t4 rvr participation, i also didnt say any less instances of city so no, same number of city instances just the right people get city not the wrong.

Reroll Order and you will naver have this problem again. You can queue in the last 5 mins and still get instant pop.

Okay God, we'll leave it in your judgement.

Fix the imbalance between factions and watch the queue get 50-50 in a few days for every single City. It was 47-53 when I checked the website when the queue opened today. When you play the faction with a slightly easier time in City, you make your peace with not getting an instance if you're not organized.

City should be just cherry on top of campaign.
As I've said multiple times, I would rather move rewards from City to "weekly campaign efforts", like you get for playing X ranked games per week. Rewards should be based on contribution in oRvR zones, Forts and Cities, tome unlocks (conq/vanq/invader) and renown ranks.

How about all Order that switch over to Destro as soon as city pop stop doing that.
