I suggest that you also update the thread if you're going to bump it. The fort participants numbers have been decreased and the level requirement has been increased. The decrease/increase were done over many weeks in order to test their outcomes.
As for the lakes switching and changing while triggering and being triggered by multiple events, I find it extremely hard and unlikely that the implementation would take the intended path.
