[Suggestion] City rewards system

Sovereign is and should be the ultimate prize, so here's a few suggestions about structure and the rewards itself.
When city siege is up there's a two separate queves.
First - Aldtorf War Quarters/Undercroft redesigned for 6v6.
Second - city instances for either 24v24 or (if possible) 72v72. 72v72 allows for more variety and pug WB's won't be totally dominated if a guild WB shows up.
As for the reward system itself.
Token system.
Participation in siege activites grants sovereign tokens ranged from 1 (farming empty instance or getting roflstomped) to 10 (winning a close hard battle).
Tokens are tradable between characters on the same account within realm. Reason for this is not punishing players switching to needed/viable classes.
5 tokens at a time grants entrance to a PvE 6 man dungeon for Sovereign set itself. Wearing Sov also requires ToVL wards.
