Also the RP in my group was getting the new yellow message about not being part of the fort, despite he was there during stage1. while i just arrived 1min into stage2

he should follow the instructions if he has not. But in confirms to me that there is a problem with adding players to the fort which cause this issue of missing rewards.

As for the rp gain, its dynamic and based on the number of player kills in the fortress (not for each player but for the fort). Just as keeps work in regards to RP. So it giving you 300 RP means that there was essentially no kills in the fort that it registerred.

Then this kill tracking isn't working obviously as there were plenty kills shown in enemy addon kill tracker.
Dying is no option.
