May as well keep it that way for now because when you win a defense successfully, it goes back to T4 RvR instead of having to go from T2 T3 T4.

No hard incentive to make people want a "crushing victory" really (where it makes you want to win in T2 T3 T4 to Fort)

I don't see this as abuse either. The third-floor defense isn't a guaranteed win for either side, just a sound strategy.
