That's why I wrote "rework" as to be something brand new, a 15s SE regen stop would be silly ofc
Good good as 15 sec without SE regen would really suck, but I kinda get what they are trying with Drowning in Blood. A situational ability that you need to think about instead of just use in rotation, it sorta works and I fully expect dps DoKs to get a nerf in the upcoming dps rework. It pushed the dps DoK much closer to a full mdps, enough so it really needs a kd or disarm added.
