Guilds on Destro and Order?

Any active, competitive guilds here that play both sides? I enjoy my BW and Sorc equally and usually find myself siding with the faction that needs help. That often means I'm playing my BW. (Sorry Order, keeping it real. Most of y'all don't understand the concept of teamwork). BUT, I'd love to play my Sorc a lot more.

I'm not averse to TS or Vent under certain circumstances (6-mans, tough keep takes, coordinated WBs, etc.) but I can't be in vent 24/7, or even the majority of the time. I enjoy the game but I don't want it to be a second job. I play mostly in the evening (U.S. Eastern time zone) and weekends at all hours.

Not sure if such a setup exists, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks.
