Newb Returning to ROR LF Guild (Dest)

So the preface is that I never played the retail version when it was out and I have played ROR before but I have never played much outside of Scenarios and I never min/maxed my gear.

I am ideally looking for a NA Guild that is competitive but not hardcore/tryhards and that are willing to give me some guidance to becoming a competitive player with them but most of all to play a social game with a good group of people and enjoy the game, because that's what it is... a game.
