[AoE] Art of Execution is a close-knit, long-standing community that is a family first and foremost; we always look out for each other and truly value every individual that is a part of us. We are a chill bunch that enjoys a good time (and giving each other a hard time), but we aim for perfection in combat and especially take that aspect of gaming seriously. Large-scale ORvR/PvP is our primary focus. Our goal in RvR is to break enemy zergs, farm kills, and expose ourselves to challenging fights.
We strive to constantly improve something as a team and as individuals. Do something better every time, win or lose; find something to improve upon. Never be complacent. This is our mindset.

We are open to new players joining us. Group training and individual training is a regular thing here. As long as you are driven to put in the work and learn, we will absolutely help you and would be glad to have you!

What We Offer You:

Rally Schedule:
Oceanic/SEA rally
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
- 8pm AEST. That is 3am US-Pacific time.

Off days - Outside of rally we work together getting gear, doing scenarios, RvR havoc, or just whatever!

All rallies are announced daily via AoE Discord!

Attendance Policy:
Make it if you can. Real life comes first. If you cannot be online, don’t worry about it. However, if you are online, then you are expected to be with us for rally time.

AoE Membership Requirements:
- age 18+
- a working microphone, that you will use
- good communication skills
- run appropriate (optimal) character builds
- be willing to use required AddOns
- be open to individual constructive criticism
- be driven to constantly improve, and always be looking for ways to do so
- never misrepresent AoE in public (vocally or by text chat)
- have a good time and get to know everyone!

AoE is interested in individuals that will push themselves to be the best players they can be. Our members are expected to strive to do something better in combat every time, all the time. We adamantly expect everyone to show consistent improvement and never become complacent in their gameplay.

All potential recruits are required to do a vocal interview over Discord before joining AoE. This is to ensure that our guild culture and all of our expectations are clearly communicated, and fully understood, before you commit to guild membership.

Awesome guild and I highly recommend any Aussie or NZ players give it a go, I'm in Sydney and I was struggling to find a group to play with consistently, have found it with AoE. Pretty damn happy
