Re: Which destro tank is the most needed?
Welcome!
None, what are needed are order tanks...
Now seriously, in destro, the most needed is a well played Blackguard that actually knows how and when to use the skills, that adapts to combat each enemy evolving fights into attrition, and that is lucky enough to not have next to him an idiot Black Ork giving enemies free immunities with that very situationaly useful, and most of the times useless, AoE punt.
Being that pretty much impossible, I would settle for a Black Ork that preaches with the example by not abusing AoE punts, or a Blackguard that uses competently the skills designed to kill enemy casters/healers, while also knowing when to stay in the front line instead of constantly pressing too deep hunting.
In all honesty, if this is gonna be your 1st character and you want a tank, you are better going with KotBS/Chosen, that are a lot more easy to use, so you can start to learn game tactics, situations, etc...

Chosen and BO
Followed by BG
That is for warband
And as previous poster said, some BO seem to be siding with order by giving free cc immunities as well as moving a complete warband to a safe space with thier punt.

Chosen and Knight of Noobing Sun allways a secure option. Allways needed, easy play

Whichever you think looks the coolest.
Re: Which destro tank is the most needed?
Ironbreakers and Knights of the Blazing Sun. If you want some manageable challenge, Ironbreakers are both solid in survivability and utility, bringing a lot of the skills that other classes need to spec for currently build in the class. KotBSs are more easy to use, their main group utility being the aura mechanic.
If you want a completely different approach, Swordmasters are quite the challenge to learn to play with. Extremely offensive tanks, with potential to be caster-killers.
