"Not Welcomed" Classes

Recently I was checking Guilds descriptions and requirements and I was surprised to see some strange LIMITATIONS at one big guild (will not say name...)

So, the Guild was accepting(can invite) following Classes only:

Black Guard
Chosen
Choppa
Mara
Zealot
Khain

So my question is - why it is so? It there any logic behind this exact clases? Are those classes excel other clases?

Different guilds have different policies, atmosphere and requirements. And it is completely normal.

Some guilds invite everyone without a single question, others are a tight community - and there are guilds that invite players only based on the careers they need.

In that case, the listed careers are what they need at the moment, as in the careers they lack for their warbands or parties.

Exactly as Hazmy said. While some classes aren't really desired for wb play such as Magus and WE, a message like that probably means they already have enough BO, Shaman etc and they aren't looking for more.
