Sorry Wam, TUP are an absolute bunch of douchebags and my only role in the guild warband was looting dead order players to harvest their tears so Wam could have tear tea in the Viper Pit.

The Basics:

We are.. The Unlikely Plan [TUP]

• - a largescale RvR guild (Ex- Karak Norn)
  - we are international (EU, US, RU)
  - shedule is EU based
  - common tongue is English

You bring:

• +activity
  +discord (listen is enough, working mic is highly appreciated)
  +career rank 40

You start with a two weeks trial time which may last longer if we see issues and can result in a kick if disputes seem unfixable.



TUP is recruiting:

1x Chosens High demand (snb)

1x Shaman Medium Demand healspec

Additional Requirements for Shaman:
(read this before consider applying!)

• - Very High Activity (Means you are 3/3 warband days avaible, almost no shedule impairments)

• - sticky feetz placement to stop a melee push, AP management, morale boosting, running multiple tactic sets to adapt to the situation is "basic" for you, not advanced gameplay (means you are expected to join with a skill level from at least "medium" in terms of 12 man / 24 man gameplay)

• - working mic and discord, you can communicate fluidly in voice

• - as a bonus you bring high experience on shaman, means High Renown or Live Experience

What "We" offer and what "We" demand:

- atm. 3 Warband days a week
- warband is completly guild internal, no alliance, no drama
- out of shedule grouping for PQs / leveling / toons / RvR 6/12/18 man
- one of the most active RvR largescale guilds, most of the time specced for bombing, if enemy numbers too low = ST
- relaxed atmosphere during the warband
- experienced lead
- infrastructure with a level 36 guild + level 20+ toon guild + 3rd toon guild
- active discord, feel free to build groups or even lead if you have what it takes
- mentoring, in case you are a new player (our discord is full of informations, theory craft and helpfull veterans from WAR:AOR, GW2, WoW (ask something and you will get awnsered in aprox 5 minutes)

We demand:

- good attitude (no mimimi / no drama)
- teamplayers
- High attendance on our warband days from the start
- Working discord incl. configured microphone
- willingness to respecc / use pots / follow the leader / execute commands and to improve as a player and member
- you follow the server rules! (exploiting, win trading and all that ugly **** can be an instant reason to kick)
- sometimes thick skin if things get ruff
