So lets clear something up!
Applying to
this guild is a commitment, where the Guild will expect YOU to not be part of other guilds on several of your toons and especially not with guilds we try to rival ourselves with. That was apperently not obvious enough...
That being said. Commiting to
a guild that pushes itself and the members towards their best version of themselves, help will be provided in terms of;
-Easier time finding groups for content outside of RvR warbands
-Likeminded people to theorycraft builds, stats and specs with
-A helping hand in terms of gearing up way faster than if you were pugging or solo
-Meet people from all over the world and hear amazing stories while becoming friends.
Lately we found both "ungeared" potential players we found worth investing time and effort gearing up. but also found greedy selfish people applying, getting spoonfed gear, consumeables and other goodies that was supplied to help out the guild in terms of helping themout. And instead they bailed.
This is by no means what we are looking for, and this has resulted in more strict recruitment.
Currently looking for loyal members who will payback the time invested into them!
IF you need more time getting geared and helped out. it is expected you pay it back in performance and loyalty!
