NA east coast time zone Population balance

How is the balance of the amount of players for SC queues and such at 40 during what would be NA prime time? Are queues faster or slower for either side. Not super worried about oRvR as I saw that as the mini game when I played on live, but being able to not make things worse on the occasions that I'd do it would be best. Small scale is always best.

Tldr: sc queue balance at lvl 40 from around 6-12pm est, which side would be better?
