Kill 5 Players Quest

With my Destro characters I get easy access to a repeatable "kill 5 players" quest ("stealing their dreams" or something) in the Dark Elf camp north-east of the Blighted Isle/Chrace battlefield. On the High Elven side this quest seems to be missing in the camp north-west of that field. Where can I find that quest for Order characters?
