Checking the hex values to string, its gibberish. Could they be decimal values? maybe item IDS?

I don't know if this is any useful for you, but here is a zip file that has all icons with their names decoded.
You can also find icon name by icon ID in the file I created "iconsList.txt"

I basically pulled these icons by calling GetIconData(id) function inside the game and extracted the textures from the game engine with their real file names
