We locked Troll Country as Order, i won a blue bag and never recieved it by mail.
I had the same problem yesterday too. Seems that something is wrong with blue bags these days.

Destro won fort, received the 6 medals and even a bag. However I only received roughly 550 renown; I have two screenshots if needed.

Joined the fortress battle at Stone Watch, Destro ends up losing. The end of battle payout is less than 1k RP and zero Invader tokens, After Stone Watch ends I hop over to Reikwald, Destro ends up winning, Six Invader medals get paid out; but once again less than 1k RP rewarded.
Nothing seemed out of the ordinary for both forts, no buggy Rams, or Portals, of Fortress Lord's having low percentage HP. Apart from the RP and token payouts.

At the 3rd and last stage of the City Siege instance in altdorf, I won second place and therefore a GOLD BAG. However, I never received it in the mail and its been over an hour since the ending of the city instances. I can provide you screenshot of me winning the bag. thank you!

I was in the fort from the beginning but didn't get any contribution. I get that I won't recieve a bag but I didn't get any invader medals either. Bug or intended?
