Are you planning to remove GO supply running and BO npc's from all tiers?

It is planned yes. The new mecanic we deployed in T1 will find its place in higher tiers when ready.
Ofc, it will be deployed when all other modifications planned for T2+ will be ready. This rework is a Work in progress atm and we can't give any ETA for it (dependind on dev's planning).
