Some questions regarding this whole things. How "complete" ?

Hello everyone and thanks to the players for keepings this alive and to the Devs for their hard work! I will jump in soon for some nostalgia trip but I have some question just for the record.

1) If you could vaguely point a percentage as to how "complete" is this game compared to the official experience what would that figure be? Remove points of percentage for missing and non working content.

2) What is the plan of the Devs :
a) Do they AIM to bring this to 100% and be a mirror copy of the official?
b) Do they just try to improve it without looking so much at what the official was?
c) Do they do both at the same time?

3) Why can't EA, since the game is dead release the sourcode for free and let people make their own servers? Could we theoritically target the correct persons and somehow get a license with a petition? How does this work?

Thanks in advance!

Most of these points are hard to say, most of the core mechanics are working near 100% and the basic game is there, but things like dungeons, forts, city sieges ect arent in yet.
They're definitely not trying to replicate age of reckoning completely, but make their own version.
EA wont release the source code because its not profitable, and frankly, they dont give a **** about us.

1)The first time you login you will most likely already find some bugs. (mostly related to quests,PQs, and Mobs. Rvr is working in every tier. t4 is getting an rvr rework right now. we dont have fortresses or citiy fights yet, no dungeons or lotd, only basic npc AI and missing pathfinding. about 1/5 of the PQs are doable but suffer from missing AI. Ofc things will improve over time.

2a) No. This is RoR, not War.
2b) There will be adjustments regarding class, ability and item balance. we will have a different kind of RvR campaign, and are looking for much much more improvements compared to the live version, as we progress.
2c)We want the game to feel like war. and we have a really awesome setting in the high fantasy warhammer world. but nonetheless changes will be made.
