It probably would, given the current stacking rules. That being said, once a cast time is shorter than the GCD, you're not actually using it more often by reducing the cast time further, you can only be more mobile with it. It would be an unreliable replacement, but could free up a tactic slot if you wanted to rely on it pricing before you died.

I'm more hesitant to touch T4, because the Dungeon sets there are closer in power to the RvR sets, and make a better replacement. That being said, it will be looked into. We might still launch T4 with the sets as they were on live, and apply any changes later.

As of now, that's not planned, but it can be looked into.

why not medallions instead of Sc emblems...

Some People Actually dislike playing Scenarios, isnt warhammer mostly a Orvr game? why limit the new sets to Scs?

i pretty much just came here to post this.

not sure why it should be SC's only but i guess it doesn't even matter in the long term when T4 gets opened up. whos going to fart around and even try to pick these up while leveling when T4 is live? not me.

what id liek to see is an overall average medallion adjustment to make things cheaper (ie devestator gear adjustment). or just add in the chests for loot rolls on keep takes to the game already or make medallions drop more frequently.

Because oRvR is jut zerg v zerg por pve door hammer

Scenarios atleast give balance player distributions
