and wl get again buff, they just miss old guardian tree back (from torque) so they can be only played class. wh/witch has 3 SINGLE TARGET mastery trees with gimpu dragon gun. would be intresting to look if for am/sham has 3 healing tress no dps no hybrid = just heal or for tanks 3 snb trees and no dps.
clases who are avoided for wb will be avoided more. and organized, only guild master will be allowed play slayer. great patch nothing to add.

- Soul Killer - Now reduces duration of Mind Killer by 5 seconds.
- Mind Killer - Intelligence and Willpower debuff increased from 120 to 150.
From what I read here is, that if I slot Soul Killer, Mind Killer will lose the outgoing heal debuff component AND is 5 seconds shorter in duration.

AoE damage and healing abilities do less damage and less healing than their single target counterparts. We are applying the same principle to buffs and debuffs. - removing the IX/X/XI version of procs on T4 Gear,
- what kind of DMG it deals, (we have all magic descriptors but no info pure or phisical)
- with the change of %DMG increse not affecting gear DMG procs any more , will those PROCS be affected by player stats (ex.: phisical procs benefit from WS and Armor Pen)?
- will the Procs also be affected by Player Main stat, same as Tactics, like Jagged Edge?
- will the value of the proc be the same on 1H and 2H weapons?

Very sceptical about the punt changes, they mean that BG currently has the worst possible form of single target punt since it still needs to ramp up with Hate. At least remove the hate requirement on the punt as you did for the stance requirement on SM.
Good thing that Guard once again stacks with the other damage reduction skills, but it should be reversed to what it was on live / prior to ability patch, no reason to lower the duration on challenge and the other skills. The TTK with guard was indeed very much lower than it should be and it didnt reward a smart and reactive tank gameplay anymore. To the people who feel that TTK with guard is too high, you are probably stuck with your BiS premade setup mentality and can't see what is happening with any form of lower gear these days.
