Is it possible to add a notification or sound for scenarion pop-ups while the game is minimized and I am working on my desktop?

Ability Ids for example: 8320, 13018, 20181 is for Seeping Wound. The command is:
/script Enemy.GetAbilityIds("Seeping Wound")

I am trying to find an ability IDS (ability indentification number) but the standard command doesn't show the Ids for one particular ability - Tzeench's Shielding. Is there any folder with the full list of Idses or perhaps some other method of checking them?

What are the addons similar to Buffhead? I am looking for something that shows immunities only above one's head.
