Given that engine has some of the best aoe DPS in the game currently, I could never support any form of increase. Especially not one that moves them away from their physical damage type and is going to but more preasure on tanks.

10 second self snare is just death, would it not be better to increase initial stacks and just loose stacks for moving?

Are we looking at a debuff like shades of death? or a buff like tantrum/deadly determination?

For me the damage type is off for the class, its all well and good wanting synergy, but i would prefure you stuck to one type of magical damage.
