I mean, if they keep autokicking you, you can keep rejoining and make sure they never get a warband leader crest. It might be considered griefing, or it might be the intended reason for the "don't kick too many people in an open WB". If they want the rewards of running an open WB - run an open WB.

Hard disagree. The entire design of the game is large scale combat. Keep sieges, territory control, etc... I don't know what world anyone would get an idea like this from actually playing the game.
