BAL and BH from 30ft would be rly op, no thanks. I fail to see how this would be any more OP than a WE having WB up and hitting a target with any frenzy they have from 30 foot away. Unless the system we have in place is changed for end game content you will never see a population balance. Most of the population that is after the next gear set is going to do what ever they need to do for that to happen. All gear sets from orvr from t1 all the way to vanq are from kills/zone flip...

PQs work or were working as far as i know, the zero value problem is fixed if you use the repair function on the patcher.

All classes are viable in a wb but in limited numbers, the problem is that ppl keep playing overplayed classes and there is no room for them in a wb setup....you need that 33% of players play each archetype for a 2-2-2 setup, but dps classes are overplayed and not enough support for them. 2 questio...
