Re: Xfaction timer ?
We already know the devs can sort out the "second accounts" bypass. See: ban evasion. And RoR is a small enough community that they can actually police that stuff. I do agree that there is some onus on the players at large, especially the leaders if there is indeed mass guild switches to t...

Re: Preview for dye / in-game colors ?
If you have the dye as a pot, you can go to apply it, select first or second and hit okay, then see how it looks on you as a "preview" - just don't say okay when it asks if you want to use the dye if you don't like it.

Re: Liniments
It's a bit annoying for my OCD because I'm not even sure how incomplete it is. RoR won't have all the liniments from live as some were OP so I'm gonna be sending my farmers out forever to make sure I'm not missing stuff hahaha

Interesting. Nothing in the event log at all?
I'd say it's a virus, but if you've reinstalled that shoulda wiped it out. Only other thing I can think of would be a conflict with some other program and that's pretty rough to troubleshoot.

Re: Good day
You're more than welcome to join Gaiscioch and pick our brains for as long as you'd like. (We're a social gaming community, the guild tag is more like a convenient chat platform for us to help fellow players, than a traditional guild per say. Basically, folks can stay as long as they want, come or g...

Re: Xfaction timer ?
^ Agreed I believe. Testing such thing is a good idea as I (too) see great potential for this to be a double edged sword. Some folks do switch to the losing side to try to balance things out after all. I think that practice is healthy for the game. Perhaps there's some magic to cross-reference if th...

Re: Win 10 1803 "April Update" - Black, No Graphics, Only buttons
hmmm... Have you tried running WAR.exe in admin mode? How are your GPU and CPU temps? PSU junk or not enough wattage? Did you have a prior GPU on this windows install? How frustrating would a fresh windows install be for you? Windows registry is trash when it comes to GPUs... I crossfire 290X's and ...

Re: Returning to a world almost forgotten
0xc000007b error usually comes from mixing up 32bit environment with 64bit. Like a 32bit application loads a 64bit dll. Usually it's .NET framework and can be fixed by re-installing latest version. Could be the war files are corrupt or missing, possibly it didn't install fully or maybe a virus. Mayb...

Re: Liniments
HA I'd forgotten this was a Gaiscioch list! <3 GSCH The one from live that is linked in the OP wasn't mine, but I am in the midst of making an extensive list specifically for RoR (bug testing every. single. potion.) Anyway, here is the liniment listing I have so far (these are the only ones my farme...

The "snake-ish things" are called fronds.
I haven't personally hunted these down to verify, but as I understand it thorn pots come from the TOK "Forest Spirits"; which includes spites, dryad's, and treekin's.
