PvE is not mandatory in this game. you can easily level through PvP (RvR or Scenarios or both) and PvE. Best way is to combine all of them. There is a gear progression related to dungeons because of wards and that's it.

Have you tried clearing cache? 1. Lot out of the game 2. Close the launcher 3. Get in your warhammer folder 4. find the "cache" folder 5. select all 6. delete selected 7. open launcher 8. enter in game 9. queue for scenarios 10. test Happened to me more than once and clearing cache worked.

well... to be honest with you you can have +815 contribution and roll 1 or can have +50 and roll 1000.

An official statement from the devs about how contribution actual works will be much appreciated.
