3. WP heal debuff costs a GCD and resources.
4. You won't see a salv WP with heal debuff. But you will see a grace or wrath WP with it.

I hope we can really discuss Glass Arrow and Steady Aim. Both toggles break any SW gameplay.

We also need to talk about Flame Arrow being tied to a Scout tactic now that you moved it to Skirmish.

If you play a SW in T4 you'll know that SoT has no place in your tactic slots. Anything you remove will come at a heavy cost, and you will not like the results.
