I don't mind a ward system. But the live version was more open and less grindy.

On live, getting the PvP gear mattered to the PvE wards. I personally think if you got conq you can get sentinel. If you got invader, Bastion Stair is open to get and wear. Just like live. I don't know what changes you guys made but I've had this bug now for some time and it constantly boots me to char select menu so much I can't even log in and do 1 SC before getting booted.

Stacking rules are Abilities, morales and tactics all stack with each other. Keep in mind some tactics if their trigger is bound to an ability counts as an ability and not a tactic.

Short answer: Yes!

AI is not necessary, if you have good gear. Guarded attack should be in your rotation. AI is ok with PVE. Depends on your spec. Shield Mastery, Seasoned Vet, Sweet Revenge, Punishing knock are better that AI. Punishing knock and rugged are the only "must haves" IMO, and the later is debat...

To be honest, IB has pretty much been left alone, no real buffs or nerfs to speak of. I'm pretty sure all the tooltips for IB are good.

Tanks have their archetype-specific abilties regardless of their weapon choice. For scenarios there is a mastery check system in place, that determines if you will be placed as "tank" or "dps" archetype in the quque. And while we're on the subject, that mastery check is not real...

This has to more to do with the devs pushing PvE to be important in PvP. Lords on live were much easier to kill.
